Banana Cookies
These delicious cookies are simple to make and nutritious!

- 3-4 medium bananas, ripe and peeled
- 2 cups oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter optional
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- Any Mix-ins: nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, flax seed, chia seeds, etc optional
Preheat oven to 350°F.2. In a medium size bowl, mash bananas until smooth.3. Mix in oats until well combined.4. Add in any options you want. Mix into banana/oat batter.5. Spoon tablespoon amounts of batter to a prepared cookie sheet.6. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 min until lightly golden brown.7. Store in a tight container in the fridge for longer storage.
*If you add peanut butter, you can add it to the mashed bananas before adding the oats.
*For added flavor, you can add 1/2tsp vanilla
*To make bars instead of round cookies, pour batter into greased baking dish and bake the same until golden brown.
