- Preheat oven to 350°F.2. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until well combined.3. Add batter to an oiled 8x8 baking dish. Can add chocolate chips or nuts on top as desired.4. Bake for 15-18min, until set.
Notes
*For the rolled oats, you may grind the oats to create an oat flour before mixing into the batter. This will create a smoother overall texture.

- choose baking powder that is aluminum free
- use dark chocolate for added antioxidants
- to make lower fat, replace oil with equal parts unsweetened applesauce
- choose pure vanilla extract, not imitation vanilla extract
