To make the crust, mix the crushed graham crackers, butter, and honey. Spread the mixture evenly in a pie pan.2. To create the filling, mix all filling ingredients together-- Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla--until well combined.3. Spread the filling over the crust. Top with chocolate chips and/or peanuts.4. Chill and store in the fridge. Best if eaten within a few days.

After mixing the batter, taste test and adjust as needed. If the taste is too bitter for you, add extra honey until desired sweetness.
